The venue is the presigious New Zealand International Convention Centre in the centre of Auckland City.

Presentation sessions will be held on Wednesday 5 May to Friday 7 May 2027.

Prior to the Forum, on Monday 3 May and Tuesday 4 May, there will be a series of technical tours to choose from. These will be located in Auckland city and two overnight tours will go further afield: one to the central North Island, and one to the South Island. Details about these tours will be released when they are confirmed. If you wish to extend your time in the country, we recommend arriving in New Zealand by Thursday 29 May, then spending the weekend in Rotorua or Queenstown, before meeting your technical tour group.

The first day of the Forum (Wednesday 5 May) will include a series of invite-only Ministerial roundtables.
