James Leung is the CEO and co-founder of EngineeringX, a New Zealand-based company advancing new approaches to infrastructure design.

He has worked with major NZ government agencies, delivering numerous high-value transport infrastructure projects as a designer, engineer, and project manager across both client and consulting organisations. James has led the design and delivery of these projects with expertise in design management, project delivery, and cost and programme control.

His experience provides a practical understanding of the challenges in brownfield road design and infrastructure development that we face in our industry.
