Scott Wilson is CDM Smith's lead on road user charging in Australia and New Zealand. He has been working on road user charging and road pricing internationally for over 25 years. He has advised jurisdictions in Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand on RUC and time of use road pricing, particularly in integrating policy objectives with practical technical and operational concepts. Most recently he has been advising New Zealand, Hawaii, Washington State, Vermont, Illinois and the US Federal Government on road user charging.
