David is the Customer Experience Manager at Metlink, the Greater Wellington region's public transport authority. His team are responsible for facilitating customer input into the design of the Metlink network, information and services. His work at Metlink includes the design of new routes, the development of Metlink's digital channels and the launch of new fare payment technology.
