Peter is an experienced public policy professional, having spent 22 years developing operational, sector and strategic policy advice in the New Zealand Public Service, including with the Ministry of Transport as the Manager Funding & Infrastructure.

Peter has since spent another 8 years applying these skills in the private sector with EROAD Ltd. Since joining EROAD, Peter advises EROAD and government on the regulatory framing, operation and improvement of privately provided electronic-RUC services. He has shared operational insights, presented strategic research, and delivered practical training around the world on RUC and road funding and pricing.
