Colin is a Senior Principal Transport Planner with Tonkin + Taylor with over 35 years' experience working in New Zealand and internationally, managing the appraisal, design and delivery of a wide range of transport projects (road, rail, bus, walk and cycle) and providing transport input to masterplans and consenting for major mixed-use land development projects. Colin also provides transport input to major infrastructure projects (including water and energy) and he is involved in leading on strategies to minimisation the impact of disruption during the construction of projects.
