Greg Pollock is a Partner at Agite, where he leads the transport and infrastructure practice. Greg has held recent CEO and C‑suite roles in large public transport organisations, including at Metlink in Wellington, and with operator Transdev in New Zealand. He is an independent director of Tranzit Group, New Zealand's largest locally owned bus company. Greg brings practical experience of operating, governing, and reforming services under pressure. His work focuses on governance, leadership, and maintaining public trust through uncertainty.
